Due to the great care to meet the customer expectations, designers who advise on technical and technological issues often participate in the process of preparing an individually dedicated offer.

Before making a decision, we present our clients with technical drawings and visualizations of the designed object. We invite you to visit the drying and storage complex in Chojnów, which is part of our Research and Development Center. Here, the customer has the opportunity to see each element and become familiar with its operation. Our engineers carefully listen to all comments and answer all questions.

Here, we also conduct trainings for future operators of drying and storage units designed and built by our company.

Thanks to the unique production preparation system and robotic production lines, FEERUM customers have the opportunity to submit comments, make modifications and additional orders to the already ordered drying and storage complex until the last minute before starting the production.

The FEERUM representative does not leave the customer at the moment of signing the contract. Representative task is also to monitor the implementation of the investment and to maintain direct contact with the customer also after putting the object into service.

The process of grain reception, drying and storage in our drying and storage complexes is fully automated. One person is enough to supervise it, also in case of large facilities.

The online monitoring system enables FEERUM specialists to remotely diagnose the operation of the entire system. Our service also works at the client's site. However, in most cases, a few minutes in front of the screen in Chojnów, it is enough to give recommendations that will help to remove any defects.

What's important - we also look after our facilities after the guarantee expires, providing reliable service 24 hours a day.
