eng. Daniel Janusz
President of the Board

He registered his first business in 1991 when he was still in high school. A graduate of the University of Agriculture in Wrocław, in the field of agriculture. From the beginning of his professional career he has been associated with the agricultural industry. He gained experience in the construction of steel structures for over two years in the construction of halls for logistics warehouses for Mercedes-Benz in Germersheim. After completing his studies, he worked as a manager of an animal farm at Agro-TaK Zagrodno. He developed his trade skills and knowledge of negotiation techniques while working for Avita, Anek and Promleko Sp. z o.o. In 2002 he founded the FEERUM Daniel Janusz company.

In 2002, he also built the first drying machine based on his own documentation. After five years, FEERUM was transformed into a joint-stock company, and Daniel Janusz took the position of the president of the board. Daniel Janusz also holds the position of the president of the board at DanMag Sp. z o.o. from 2014, and from 2015 also at Feerum Yellow Energy Sp. z o.o.

He actively participates in the development of new projects and improvement of products from the company’s portfolio. Often, his original ideas are the work basis for designers when designing and implementing innovative solutions. Daniel Janusz devotes much attention to the daily work of the Research and Development Center, for example during the cereal drying process.

Piotr Wielesik
member of the Board

A graduate of Department of Business Administration at the University of Gdańsk, as well as electronic studies at the Faculty of Electronics of the Gdańsk University of Technology, an associate member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Thanks to extensive knowledge and experience in the field of financial management of manufacturing enterprises and capital market assets, from the beginning of his professional career he has managerial functions. He worked, among others as a financial director and proxy of the ZETKAMA Group, financial director and member of the management board in the Bioton Group. He was also associated with the consulting company Grupa Inwestycyjna Pro SA, in which he was a project manager, he also worked with BalticBrokers SA, where he worked as a consultant in the area of ​​corporate finance. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Izolacja Nidzica S.A. During his professional career, he has consistently improved his qualifications and competences. He has participated in many trainings in the field of international accounting standards, business valuations and management. He is fluent in English. In the board of FEERUM SA, he is responsible for the company’s finances.
