Storage facility next to a feed plant consisting of 6 FSL funnel silos 7.6/11 40° with a total capacity of 2,826 tonnes, 8 FSL funnel silos 4.8/7 50° with a total capacity of 976 tonnes, 8 FSL funnel silos 3.8/4 50° with a total capacity of 600 tonnes and the FSL silo 3.8/4 40° with a capacity of 44 tonnes. In Danprod facility we also employed a cleaner and transport equipment with a capacity of 50 t/h.

The facility in Ahrodniki consists of 4 flat-bottomed silos FSP 12,4/10 with a total capacity of over 4,500 tons and transport equipment with a capacity of 60 t/h.

The drying and storage facility with 10 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of nearly 24,000 tons, a dryer with a continuous cycle and drying capacity of 1,200 tons per day, we also used feed mixers and transport equipment with a capacity of 130 tons per hour.

In Tomashivka, we built a facility with a total capacity of about 20,000 tonnes. It is a drying and storage unit consisting of 8 flat-bottomed silos, two dryers with a continuous cycle and drying capacity of 1,200 t of wheat/day and transport equipment with a capacity of 130 t/h.

Storage facility consisting of FSL8.6/12 hopper silos with a capacity of 655 tons each and 80t/h transport equipment. In addition, a backfill of the flat warehouse for the feed mixing plant was carried out. Only 2 months passed from the design to the commissioning of the facility.

The drying and storage facility consists of two flat-bottomed silos FSP 11.5/12 and two hopper silos FSL 6.7/6/50, a continuous operation dryer SGG16, a modern arched and Z-type transport system with a capacity of 80 t/h, as well as a belt conveyor with a trolley, which feeds grain to the customer’s flat warehouse.

The drying and storage facility in Bene in the south-western part of Latvia is the first such large investment of FEERUM in this country. This facility, consisting of: 6 flat-bottomed silos, hopper silos with ventilation, SDGG 28 continuous operation dryer, forwarding hopper silo, can hold about 22,000 tons of grain. The investor of the facility is one of the largest producers of poultry and table eggs in Latvia. FEERUM is responsible for installation and commissioning of the entire facility.

Drying and storage facility consisting of four flat-bottomed FSP 15.3 silos and four FSL 7.6 funnel silos, SDGG21 continuous dryer. The facility uses a modern transport system with a capacity of 130 t/h and computer control.

The storage and drying facility consists of 4 flat-bottomed silos with a diameter of 12.4, 5 hopper silos with a diameter of 7.6 and a funnel angle of 50 degrees, 2 forwarding silos, DGG28 dryer and transport equipment with a capacity of 80 t/h and 130 t/h. The facility is used as a grain collection point.

Storage facility consisting of two flat-bottomed silos FSP 8,6 with a full ventilation system with a total capacity of 1,000 tons and transportation equipment with a capacity of 30 t/h. The solutions applied by FEERUM significantly improved and accelerated the reception and processing of grain, as well as increased the storage base.

The drying complex which is connected with the customer’s flat warehouse. The applied continuous operation dryer with heat exchanger SGOw16 can dry 21 tons of wheat in an hour. The grain is transported by devices with a capacity of 50 t/h and poured into the warehouse with belt conveyor with a trolley.

The drying and storage facility consists of flat-bottomed silos (2 x FSP15.3/18 and FSP 10.5/13), funnel silos with diameters of 5.7 and 7.6, 4 forwarding silos FSS3.8/6/40, DGG24 dryers with cyclo-fans and transport equipment with a capacity of 80 t/h. The beneficiary of the facility is a poultry breeder who, thanks to the extension of the facility with additional FEERUM silos, has also commenced activities related to the purchase of grain.

Warehouse consisting of 2 flat-bottomed silos FSP 10,5/13 with a total capacity of 2,000 tonnes, 4 funnel silos FSL 5,7/12/50 with a total capacity of 1 144 tonnes and 1 forwarding silo for rail transport. The entire system is operated by conveyors with a capacity of 130 t/h and 80 t/h. The FEERUM facility was connected to the old elevator. It is connected with the railway forwarding node, which besides the scales, contains also a FEERUM silo. The solutions applied by us allowed for a significant acceleration of grain acceptance and processing, as well as increased the storage base.

Despite the lack of appropriate road infrastructure, sand storms and strong storms, as well as the distance of 8.5 thousand km, we managed to build a drying and storage complex in just 4 months. Our Mongolian partner now has four flat-bottomed silos, each with a capacity of 2,595 tonnes, a forwarding silo, a standard buffer silo and a buffer silo, together with a support structure with a capacity of approximately 100 m³ (for filling bags with manual shutter system), air recirculation dryer and sieve drum cleaner. In the Chalchyn-gol set we employed transport equipment with a capacity of 80 t/h.

The existing facility in Grzybno was expanded with three additional silos, each 14.3 m in diameter. The capacity of the newly built tanks is 9,000 tons in total. The whole is complemented by Feerum S.A 80 and 130 t/h devices. The comprehensive elevator in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship currently has a total capacity of over 23,970 m3.

A warehouse facility with a railway transshipment base built for the needs of the Treeden investor. The elevator includes: 5 flat-bottom silos 18.2/17 with screw scrapers, bucket elevators and redlers with a capacity of 150 and 250 t/h. The whole is complemented by conveyor belts and fittings filled with abrasion-resistant material. Facility with a capacity of over 26,500 m3.

Intensive work in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship gave a very good effect. The investment, which was implemented by Feerum S.A. for the needs of the Specialist Farm “Kuropasz” Elżbieta Przywitowska, has been put into operation.
Redlers with a capacity of 80t/h, bucket elevators with the same capacity will be used to service funnel silos 4.8/12/50 and 7.6/16/40. The whole will be complemented by the Feerum 100 drum screen cleaner and the FTD continuous dryer

The investment carried out for Gospodarstwo Rolne Wojciech Krasecki included the construction of a warehouse facility in Wądroże Wielkie. The contract was signed in March this year and was implemented in November. For the needs of the investor, we have made: 6 funnel silos FSL7.6/12/40 degrees, funnel silo FSS3.8/5/40 degrees, full transport infrastructure – including bucket elevators and redlers, and electrical infrastructure.

Farma Redło Sp.z.o.o once again entrusted Feerum S.A. with the construction of a warehouse facility. The client decided for two flat-bottomed silos FSP 15.3/21 and FSP 20.1/20 equipped with screw scrapers. The entire facility is equipped with transport infrastructure in the form of FPK80 bucket elevators and redlers with a capacity of 80 and 130t/h. Technological connections were made with wear-resistant filling.

The warehouse facility was commissioned by Szczepanki Mills Sp. z o.o. and fully completed in 2022. The investment included the construction of four flat-bottomed silos FSP 27.7 / 17, complete electrical and transport infrastructure including: redlers, bucket elevators and conveyor belts with a capacity of 200t / h.

Storage facility consisting of 3 flat-bottomed silos FSP 11.5 / 12 with a total capacity of 3,335 tons. The entire facility is controlled by a control cabinet. The team also uses loading and unloading devices with a capacity of 60 t / h and shelters. The facility was made as a general contractor – the contract covered the full range of earth and foundation works along with the technology of warehouse equipment.

The drying and storage facility consists of 3 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 2,562 tonnes and a hopper silo with a capacity of 154 tonnes. The facility also includes a dryer with a continuous cycle and a drying capacity of 381 tons per day for wheat. The whole system is operated by transportation equipment with an output of 50t/h and controlled automatically by a control cabinet.

Drying and storage facility with a total capacity of 27,077 tons, consisting of 3 flat-bottomed silos, each with a capacity of 8,135 tons and 3 hopper silos, each with a capacity of 890 tons. In addition, two continuous flow dryers operate in Glubczyce, with a wheat drying capacity of 2,160 tonnes per day. The whole system is operated by transportation equipment (capacity of 80 t/h) and automatically controlled by a computerized control cabinet.

The drying and storage facility consists of 6 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 18,613 tons, a dryer with a continuous flow and drying capacity of 1,140 tons of wheat per day and transport equipment with a capacity of 80 tons per hour. All managed by the control cabinet.

Storage facility consisting of 4 funnel silos FSL 7,6/17 – 40° each with a capacity of 705 tons and grain transportation equipment with a capacity of 50t/h.

A drying and storage facility with a total capacity of 11,271 tonnes. It is equipped with 3 funnel silos, 4 flat-bottomed silos with a capacity of 2,084 tonnes and two smaller silos with a capacity of 990 tonnes each. Within the facility, there is also a dryer designed for continuous operation with a drying capacity for wheat 720 t/day and a cleaner. The whole system is operated by means of transport equipment with the capacity of 130t/h and a control cabinet.

The storage facility consists of 2 funnel silos with a total capacity of nearly 324 tonnes and a cleaner with a pre-cleaning capacity of 30t/h. All controlled by a control cabinet designed and manufactured by FEERUM.

The drying and warehouse complex was designed, constructed and commissioned for one of the largest operators of the agro industry in Poland. The facility consists of 5 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 7,000 tonnes, 6 hopper silos with a total capacity of 1,440 tonnes, a drum cleaner with a capacity of 130 tonnes per hour and transport equipment (capacity of 80 tonnes per hour).

Despite the difficult ground conditions, which forced the replacement of the ground at the place where the investment was located, FEERUM met the customer’s requirements and delivered the facility on the planned date. The facility includes: 2 flat-bottom silos with total capacity 12,376 tons, 2 flat-bottom silos with total capacity 4038 tons, continuous flow dryer SGG16 with drying capacity 504t/day, drying buffer with capacity 315t, air separator with capacity 130t/h, a 15 m long shelter in the intake hopper (mobile hopper), a shelter for loading trucks and transport equipment with a capacity of 130t/h.

For many years it was the largest drying and storage facility in Poland for the production of steel tanks according to modern technology. From the very beginning, FEERUM led the project as a General Contractor. The first stage of the investment lasted almost a year, despite difficult weather conditions and the necessity of partial replacement of the land. The facility consists of 8 flat-bottomed silos with a capacity of 9 000 tonnes (each) and 6 hopper silos with a total capacity of 6000 tonnes. In addition, there is a DGG28 dryer (capacity for wheat: 1,020 t/day), a cleaner (200 t/h) and loading and unloading equipment with a capacity of 50 to 130 t/h. The whole system is controlled by control cabinets.

The facility in Pawlow, designed, constructed and commissioned for use by the Polish branch of the German-Dutch grain and feed group. It is one of the largest investments of this type in Poland in 2016. It consists of: 12 FSL funnel silos 7.6/17 – 40°, 4 FSL funnel buffer silos 5.7/14 – 50°, 4 funnel forwarding silos 3.8/5-40°, 4 FSP flat-bottom silos 11.5/11, a hall for storing agricultural produce and a multifunctional building (with, among others, a laboratory and control cabinet). The complex is also equipped with a modern dryer, two sieve cleaners, transport equipment of 130t/h capacity and a fully computerized control cabinet.

As the General Contractor, FEERUM designed, built and commissioned a warehouse facility adapted to continuous operation for one of the largest feed production plants in the Opole Voivodeship. Currently, the company stores feed in 7 FSL 7.6/17 – 50° hopper silos with a total capacity of 5,110 tonnes, 3 FSL 6.7/12 – 60° hopper silos with a total capacity of 1,260 tonnes. The facility also uses transport equipment with a capacity of 80t/h.

A drying and storage facility for an agricultural production company. The first part of the facility was built in 2018. However, due to the development of the business and increasing warehouse needs, the client decided to expand in 2021, thanks to which it can now store 8 400 m³ of grain at the same time. The facility uses: ten FSL 7,6 silos (hopper angle 40˚), SGG 16 dryer, sieve cleaner, transports (bucket elevators, diagonal and belt conveyors) and armature.

A drying and storage complex built in 2020 in the Lubelskie Voivodeship for a wheat and rye mill. We used flat-bottomed silos with temperature monitoring, gravity turbofans and supply fans, screw scrapers, chain conveyors, bucket elevators and technological connections with abrasion-resistant filling. The total capacity of the facility is nearly 6 500 m3.

The facility was built for a producer group whose crops cover a total of 2 000 ha. In the facility we used: six flat-bottomed silos FSP 15,3/15 with side gravity discharge, temperature monitoring and roofs to protect the grain from heating up; continuous operation dryer DGG24 with a dust extraction system using cyclone fans, a drum and sieve cleaner with a supporting structure, two FSL 6,7/11 buffer silos, transports – bucket elevators, belt and chain conveyors, connections with wear-resistant filling. Total facility capacity: 21 000 m³ (15 800 t).

A drying and storage facility consisting of two flat-bottomed silos 15,3/14, three FSP 11,5/14 and a silo FSL 7,6/11, a drying room SDGG24 and transporting devices with a capacity of 50 t/h. Everything is managed by a control cabinet. The total capacity of the facility is close 12 000 m³.

Storage facility built for the grain producer. It uses: a buffer silo, a forwarding silo, a drum cleaner (capacity for wheat 130 tonnes/h) and flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 2,800 tonnes.

The complex in Bledzew includes 8 flat-bottomed silos, 2 funnel silos with a capacity of 600 tons (they act as buffers during drying), drum cleaner (with cleaning efficiency of 100 t / h wheat), forwarding silos, shelters with passable admission baskets. An important element of the facility is a dryer with a capacity of 200 t / h (maize drying capacity) equipped with a dedusting system and an air recirculation system). The smooth work of the complex and the smooth acceptance of cereals enables a transport system with a capacity of 80 t / h, equipped, among others, with in bucket elevators with an optimized head shape and receiving redilters with inverters. The control of the entire facility has been fully computerized.

In the installation for the manufacturer of wooden pellets, we used a 12.5 m bucket elevator with a resting platform, two square silos FSB 3.8, electric bolt and manual distributors, structural elements and fittings. We equipped the bucket elevator with a direct driveless drive, a gearmotor with a bevel and bevel gear and a spherical roller bearing.

Storage complex extended for one of the largest poultry meat producers in Poland, suppliers of groceries, supermarkets and restaurants. FEERUM has been cooperating with the investor since 2011 and is constantly developing the facility in line with the growing needs of the company. The facility currently comprises 4 flat-bottomed and 3 funnel silos with a total capacity of 10,000 tonnes.

We completed the first drying and storage facilities for the investor in 2013. The whole facility was then expanded. Currently it includes: flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of nearly 19 000 tons, forwarding silo, forwarding buffer silos, SDGG 28 dryer with air recirculation and heat recovery system and a drum cleaner. As part of the latest investment, we have added another twelve funnel silos. The use of a variety of silo capacities gives the possibility of confectioning cereals with different parameters. This is a big competitive advantage of our client.

Drying and storage facility, in which we used 4 flat-bottomed silos with a capacity of 1004 tons each, a DGG 14 dryer and a cleaner. In addition, at the facility we used a wide range of transportation equipment: bucket elevators, conveyors for receiving and charging silos, a silo screw auger, diagonal chain conveyor over a buffer warehouse and a belt conveyor with a trolley. Storage capacity of warehouse – approx. 5,000 tons of grain. The whole object is controlled automatically. We used temperature probes in the silos. FEERUM was the General Contractor of the facility.

Drying and storage facility built for Mariusz Bugaj – one of the largest egg suppliers in Poland. The first part of the facility – 11 hopper – bottomed silos with a total capacity of nearly 5,000 tons of grain, continuous drying dryer, cleaning plant, transport equipment and shed basket – was created in 2015. The object was expanded three times with additional silos and transporting devices. The complex in Drwalewice has been working continuously since 2016, it can now accommodate over 16 thousand tons of grain, thanks to which it provides a constant source of food for 450 thousand laying hens.

The storage and drying complex in Marianki is one of the largest facilities completed by FEERUM as the General Contractor. FEERUM designed, built and commissioned it in a record time of just 4 months. The facility consists of a continuous operation dryer with air recirculation and a system of cyclic fans (wheat drying capacity 90 ton/h), 2 buffer air-ventilated silos with a total capacity of 1308 tones, 12 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 31,596 tones, a drum cleaner with three screens (wheat cleaning capacity 80 ton/h). The whole complex is controlled by a control cabinet designed and manufactured by FEERUM.

FEERUM designed and launched an interesting drying and storage facility supporting the operation of the distillery. The facility uses loading and unloading equipment, including a structure for cleaners with a roof, drum cleaner, 2 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 4,560 tonnes, a hopper buffer silo with a capacity of 65 tonnes, a dryer with continuous operation SGG 12 including an operating platform and a ladder.

The facility consists of 4 hopper silos with a capacity of 632 tons each, 2 smaller ones for feed additives, transport equipment with a capacity of 50 tons per hour and an air separator. In the silos, we used a ventilation system combined with a weather station, so that we can provide ideal conditions for storing the grain.

The works in Rzeczyn were carried out in difficult ground conditions, with a high level of groundwater. Arched chain conveyors have proved their worth here. The object consists of 4 funnel silos with a total capacity of 2,820 t, 3 pieces of buffer and storage hopper silos with total capacity 879 t and a forwarding silo with a capacity of 44 t. The complex is supplemented by: a cleaner, transport equipment of 80 t/h and a continuous flow dryer DGG 18 and a heat and dust recovery system. This system saves up to 15% fuel compared to traditional heating solutions. The whole system is fully computer-controlled.

The facility is equipped with devices for reception, cleaning, drying and storage of cereals. The object is controlled by the central unit – computer. The total capacity of the facility is about 4,000 tons.

The drying and storage complex was designed and constructed for the Polish group of grain and oilseed producers. The facility consists of 2 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 1,406 tons, 3 funnel silos with a total capacity of 714 tons and 2 hopper buffer silos with a total capacity of 348 tonnes, a continuously flow drying SGG 16 dryer with a capacity of 504 tonnes per day of wheat drying and a sieve cleaner (pre-cleaning 55 tonnes per day). The entire system is operated by 50t/h transport equipment and a FEERUM control cabinet.

The drying and storage complex consists of drum and sieve cleaner (cleaning capacity for wheat 50t/h), SDGG11 continuous operation dryer with air recirculation (drying capacity for wheat 720t/day), buffer silo with the capacity of 184 tons, 6 hopper silos with the total capacity of 4 302 tons, 5 hopper silos with the total capacity of 480 tons and 2 forwarding silos. The entire system is controlled by the FEERUM control cabinet.

The warehouse complex consists of: 2 funnel silos with a total capacity of almost 1,000 tonnes, and a forwarding silo with a capacity of 86 tonnes. These silos were added to the existing silos and dryer. The entire system is controlled by the FEERUM control cabinet.

The investor of the facility in Muszkowice is the Polish seed producer. The warehouse complex consists of: an intake hopper of 50t/h, a sieve cleaner (cleaning capacity for wheat of 50t/h), 8 hopper silos with a total capacity of 1,400 tonnes. The whole system is controlled by the FEERUM control cabinet together with a computer. In the future, a continuous operation dryer with a buffer silo will still be delivered to the facility.

The drying and storage facility in Chojnow was equipped with an innovative system of grain transport, which consists of belt conveyors, arched and type Z chain conveyors and bucket elevators. FEERUM uses a seed cooling system in the main silos, which ensures that the grain retains its high biological properties. The complex consists of: 2 flat-bottomed FSP silos 23.8/20, 2 FSL funnel silos 7.6/13 – 50°, 2 FSL funnel silos 8.6/16 – 50° with internal hopper, FSS forwarding silo 3.8/4 – 40°, 2 dryers with heat recuperators and a sieve drum cleaner. During testing of the latest FEERUM drying solutions in the 2017 season, we received and dried almost 30,000 tons of corn.

The drying and storage facility consists of 6 flat-bottomed silos with a capacity of 668 tonnes each, a buffer hopper silo with a capacity of 274 tonnes, a drum cleaner (capacity of 35 t/h for thorough cleaning), a continuous cycle dryer with cyclofans and transport equipment with a capacity of 60t/h.

Storage facility consisting of 4 flat-bottomed silos 10.5/8 with a total capacity of 2,452 tonnes, 4 flat-bottomed silos 10.5/14 with a total capacity of 4,224 tonnes, a hopper silo 4.8/4 with a capacity of 77 tonnes, transport equipment with a capacity of 50 tonnes/h and a cleaner with a capacity of 40 tonnes/h (fine cleaning).

Drying and storage facility with a total capacity of 6,030 tons, consisting of 2 buffer silos, 6 flat-bottomed silos, a dryer made of steel with increased durability (wheat drying capacity 612 tons per day), sieve drum cleaner (fine cleaning, capacity 40 tons per hour), as well as transport equipment with a capacity of 60 tons per hour.

The drying and storage facility consists of 6 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 9,852 tons, a buffer silo, a dryer with a drying capacity of 720 tons per day for wheat and a screen cleaner. The whole system is operated by transportation equipment with a capacity of 50 t/h. Fully computerized control cabinet enables constant monitoring of the facility and access to a wide range of additional information, e.g. temperature measurements.

There is no need for additional transports to remove the grain and there is no need to clean the silo inside, because the grain is unloaded entirely by gravity.

Drying and storage facility with a capacity of 2,950 tons, consisting of four flat-bottomed silos and a funnel silo with a capacity of 230 tons. The facility also includes a dryer with a continuous cycle and a wheat drying capacity of 331 tons per day. The special design of the dryer minimizes heat loss, facilitates evaporation of moisture and reduces the extraction of dust and fine particles from the outside.

It was the first FEERUM implementation in Romania and one of the first outside Poland. The facility used a continuous dryer, a forwarding silo and a 100 t/h screen cleaner (pre-cleaning). In addition, transport equipment such as bucket elevators and chain conveyors with a capacity of 50 t/h.

In Periam, we designed and implemented a comprehensive warehouse loading system, consisting of an intake hopper, a bucket elevator and a belt conveyor with a trolley to backfill the hall. All the devices used operate at a capacity of 50 t/h.

In Peciu Nou we built a continuous dryer to dry all types of cereals. The dryer maintains equal productivity, even throughout the harvest. We also employed transport equipment with a capacity of 80 t/h in the facility.

Drying and storage facility consisting of two flat-bottomed silos with a capacity of 6,640 m3 each, flat-bottomed silos with a capacity of 3304 m3 each, a buffer silo, four forwarding silos, including two intended for dumping onto rail transport, continuous dryer and transport equipment. Computer-controlled whole.

Storage facility consisting of 3 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 3,289 m3 and conveyor equipment with a capacity of 50 t/h. In flat-bottomed silos we use, among other things, filling sensors and a temperature probe with a measuring system.

The storage facility consists of 10 flat-bottomed silos with a total capacity of 65,000 tonnes, 3 forwarding silos for road and rail transport and transport equipment with a capacity of 130 t/h.

Storage facility consisting of 2 flat-bottomed silos FSP 6,7/6 and conveyor equipment with a capacity of 50 t/h. We employed a roof with an increased angle of inclination up to 34˚. Thanks to this, we increased the capacity of the tank, but we also avoided snow accumulation and dangerous icing in winter.

We equipped the facility with a modern continuous cycle SGOw8 dryer with heat exchanger and cyclic fans. The fan is used to collect and separate dust, husks and any volatile impurities produced during drying and blown away by dryer. They are used in grain dryers as well as in rooms with high dust content. The special construction of the dryer minimizes heat loss and facilitates evaporation of moisture.

The storage facility consists of 4 flat-bottomed silos, 4 forwarding silos and 80 t/h transport equipment. The transport of grain in this case is very important, because of the proximity of the railway line, forwarding silos were used on the supporting structure adapted to the transport by rail.

One of the largest storage facilities ever designed and built by FEERUM. The works, divided into several stages, were carried out from March 2011 to May 2014. The set of 11 flat-bottomed silos, 2 buffer silos and 2 forwarding silos as well as loading and unloading equipment (capacity 130 t/h) allows to store up to 74,382 tons of grain in safe conditions.

One of the largest storage facilities designed and constructed by FEERUM, it consists of 16 flat-bottomed silos of various capacity and loading and unloading equipment with a capacity of 130 t/h.

Drying and storage facility, in which we designed and built 6 flat-bottomed silos, 2 buffer silos, forwarding hopper silos, DGG28 continuous cycle dryer (drying capacity for wheat 1 200 t/day) and transport equipment with a capacity of 130 t/day.

It is the largest facility constructed by FEERUM. Work in this part of western Ukraine was carried out in five stages, from February 2011 to 2017. Currently, 54,500 tons of grain can be stored in the facility. FEERUM has built 5 flat-bottomed silos, 4 funnel silos (2 x FSL 7.6/11 and 2 x FSL 8.6/13) and 3 forwarding silos. The facility uses transport equipment with three capacity ranges – 50, 130 and 150 t/h.

In Borsuky we designed and built a warehouse consisting of a flat-bottomed silo FSP 11.5/11 with a capacity of 1024 tons, 2 buffer silos FSL 6.7/10/50 and transport equipment with a capacity of 80t/h.

In eastern Ukraine, close to the Russian border, Feerum constructed a storage facility with a total capacity of 450 tonnes. Within two months, 2 flat-bottomed silos (FSP 6.7/8) and 50t/h transport equipment were built.

FEERUM built a facility in the North-East Ukraine with a total capacity of 13,500 tonnes. During the first stage of construction of the facility, 2 flat-bottomed silos with a capacity of over 3,500 tonnes and transport equipment with a capacity of 80 t/h were built. In 2013, the facility was expanded by 2 flat-bottomed silos (FSP22.1/14) with a capacity of nearly 5,000 tonnes each.

The first of the facilities designed, manufactured and commissioned for use for Epicentr K. The facility was ordered as part of an unprecedented in the history of FEERUM S.A. a contract worth 35.6 million EUR. FEERUM’s task was to increase the storage capacity of this facility by delivering 8 tanks with a capacity of nearly 9 900 tons each. We have used belt conveyors at the facility, which significantly reduce damage to the transported grain, and also reduce electricity consumption by up to 40% compared to chain conveyors. The total capacity of the constructed silos is nearly 103 000 m3 of grain.

Ivanovka is a strategic facility of Epicentr K – adapted to work in industrial mode, with high drying power and efficiency. We used energy-saving FTD dryers operating with the power of 44 MW and the drying capacity of corn 4 500 tons / day. Safe conditions for the stored grain are guaranteed by the automatic object control system, thanks to which it is possible to constantly measure grain parameters, including humidity and temperature. These conditions are also improved by the use of belt conveyors, which almost carry the grain in the palm of your hand, which allows you to reduce energy consumption on the elevator – by nearly 40%. We have used a special polymer coating in transport devices, technological connections and on the silo roof. The total capacity of the facility is 113 000 tons of grain.

A drying and storage facility built in Ukraine, right next to the Polish border. We used in it, among others flat-bottomed silos FSP 23,8/21 and hopper silos with an internal basket 9,6/18, as well as a wide range of transport devices: bucket elevators, chain conveyors and fittings. Total capacity of more than 57 000 m3.

The facility in Vynnitsia is one of the largest FEERUM productions. We have designed, manufactured and delivered 18 flat-bottomed silos, hopper silos, four energy-saving FTD dryers and a number of devices for vertical and horizontal transport of grain with a capacity of 250 t / h. Additionally, we have designed two independent loading bays for railways and road freight forwarding. The total capacity of FEERUM silos is 267,000 m3. It is currently the most powerful grain processing and storage complex in the region – Epicentr Agro can accommodate a total of 375,000 tons.

In Zakupne, on a relatively small plot area, we have placed silos with a total capacity of 264,000 m3. We used two energy-saving FTD dryers with a total capacity of 40 MW and a maize drying capacity of 3,800 tons / day (maize moisture from 30% to 14.5%). All transport devices work with a capacity of 250 t/h. The facility is connected to the railway line, therefore we have designed two railway forwarding stations. In addition, thanks to the three silos dedicated to road forwarding, loading of vehicles can be carried out practically without interruptions.
