FEERUM realized for Dzierżoniowska Grupa Producentów Nasion Zbóż Sp. z o. o. a task involving the construction of a new warehouse complex and a second task related to a thorough modernization of the existing facility. The total capacity of the facility is over 7 000 m3 of grain.
In the first stage of works, FEERUM designed, produced and installed a storage facility with a total capacity of over 7 000 m3 of grain, consisting of four flat-bottomed silos FSP 12.4/12 with a gallery, fans and temperature probes, a hopper silo 6.7/12/50, two forwarding silos 3.8/3/40, bucket elevators with a capacity of 130 t/h, chain conveyors, screw scrapers, distributors and electric gate valves, technological connections with abrasion-resistant filling, high shelter for the receiving basket. The entire facility was connected to a control cabinet with microprocessor control.
In the second stage of works, FEERUM carried out the modernization of transport equipment and fittings in the old facility consisting of 36 funnel silos. FEERUM supplied chain conveyors (redler type) with a capacity of 60 t/h, to fully adapt to the work of other elements of the facility. As part of an additional order, FEERUM also supplied new subredler valves for filling silos in the old part of the facility.
