Good news from Egypt.

The Management Board of Feerum S.A. with its registered office in Chojnów (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on January 29, 2025,
it received information about the results of the opening by the Egyptian state-owned company “The Egyptian Holding
Company for Silos and Storage” (the “Ordering Party”) of the financial part of the bids in the procedure
conducted in the international competitive tender mode (the “Tender”) for the implementation
of a project covering the design, construction, production, installation and
commissioning of grain storage and drying facilities with a capacity of 300,000 tons in
Toshka, Aswan Governorate, Egypt, as well as conducting training and supplying
spare parts (the “Project”). One of the participants in the Tender is a consortium consisting of the Egyptian
company Samcrete Egypt – Engineers & Contractors – S.A.E., the leader of the consortium, and the Issuer
(the “Consortium”). According to the information received, the offer submitted in the Tender by the Consortium is
the most advantageous offer in terms of price among all offers participating in the Tender.

Earlier, the Issuer was notified of the recognition of the technical part of the offer submitted in the Tender by
the Consortium as meeting the qualification criteria and the terms of the request for proposals and of the invitation
to the Consortium’s representatives to open the financial part of the offers submitted by entities participating
in the Tender and meeting these criteria and terms.

The Issuer’s Management Board reserves that the tender procedure is ongoing and has not been completed. The offer
that is most advantageous in the tender procedure will ultimately be selected as the offer
that:
(i) meets the qualification criteria and the terms of the request for proposals and (ii) obtains the highest total score
for both parts, i.e. the technical part and the financial part, with the price being
an important criterion in determining this score.

Currently, the next stage in the procedure is for the Ordering Party to determine the total score
of individual offers and notify the bidders of the awarded score. The Ordering Party will inform
the bidder whose offer is selected in the Tender about the selection made after the expiry of the additional
period designated for considering any complaints submitted by the bidders. Subsequently,
it is planned to conclude appropriate agreements for the implementation of the Project.

In connection with the above, the Issuer currently has no possibility of precisely indicating the
date when the final decisions of the Tender will be made and the possible signing of agreements for the implementation
of the Project. The Issuer will inform about these events in a separate announcement.
The Management Board of the Issuer has decided to publish the above information due to the significant value of the Project,
and the probable significant impact of its possible implementation on the future
property, financial and economic situation of the Issuer, in the event that after the final
end of the Tender the Issuer is selected to implement the Project.
