We use side discharge in both large and small tanks. The side discharge for large tanks allows for gravity loading of cars without using additional transport devices. This solution requires additional tank reinforcement already at the stage of creating an individual project.
The side discharge for small tanks is recommended wherever the silo is placed on adaptive foundations or foundations without a technological channel for horizontal conveyors. In these silos we use a screw conveyor, thanks to which it is possible to empty the silo even directly to the mean of transport.
